Open the double door. Go in.

Talk to Le Chuck.
Doesnt really matter what you say, just explore it for fun.
Go back to last room and talk to Guybrush.
Ask him about Le Chuck, then ask him to kill him for you.
Tell him you'll blame him if you die and he will say ok.
Go back to the first room.
Open office door. Go in.
Pick up sword.
Go back to Guybrush and give him the sword.

*WATCH*

You got the key!!
Go to the room behind Guybrush.
Use the key on the locked door.
Open door and go in.
